How do I reset my MokiTag?

To factory reset your MokiTag or MokiTag Card, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the MokiTag is powered.
  2. Double click the button.
  3. The MokiTag will emit a "beep".
  4. Hold button down for 8 seconds.
  5. The MokiTag will beep and the LED will flash 3 times.
  6. Release button to complete factory reset.
  7. Remove the MokiTag from your item list in Find My app.
  8. You can now pair the MokiTag to your Find My app.
  9. Once paired, click button once and the MokiTag will emit a beep.
